9-29-2012	Bill Barnett wins PSA Best Feature Article Award. At the 2012 PSA Conference, NECCC Board Member and Electronic Image Competition Co-Chair, Bill Barnett, MPSA, AFIAP, MNEC, received the award for the best feature article in The PSA Journal for 2011 for his article on infrared photography.
